How can I order samples?

Please select samples through our website next to your preferred fabric or wallpaper sample. If you require a number of samples or wish to discuss large returnables please email us at: info@boeme.co.uk and one of our team will respond.

What is your MOQ

The MOQ on stock fabric is one metre for UK delivery and three metres for international orders. Some designs are printed to order with a 4-6 week lead time,  please email us at: info@boeme.co.uk to check availability.
The MOQ for wallpaper is two rolls, this item is printed to order with a 3-4week lead time.

Can you advise on curtain and wallpaper measurements?

Yes, we are happy to assist you with estimating measurements, we strongly recommend you check these with your maker, fitter or contrator to ensure that you order the correct amount for your specific project.

How do I set up a trade account with Boeme?

Please download the trade account form or email info@boeme.co.uk and we will provide you with an account form to complete.

Where can I buy your products?

All Boeme products are available through our website.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We can ship to most destinations,

How do you deliver?

Orders are dispatched using a trackable courier service both within the UK and internationally.

Do you offer flame retardancy (FR) service?

A FR service is available for fabrics with an additional cost. Please note your order needs to be at least five meters for back coating with a lead time of two weeks from when the fabric is received.

Wallpaper hanging instructions, light fastness and fire rating

Specific hanging and care instructions are provided with each roll, if you require further advice contact us at: info@boeme.co.uk
All our wallpapers have certified good lightfastness with a fire rating B-s1d0

Where are Boeme products manufactured?

The Boeme collection is designed by Jo Bound and produced in the UK.

Can I visit the Boeme studio?

We do not offer appointments to the studio,
please contact us If you wish to see samples or we can refer you to your local retailer/ international distributor.

Do you offer a custom service?

Yes, Boeme does offer a custom service for special orders with a MOQ of 20mtrs. Orders have to be confirmed against a production sample where scale, design or colour have been changed.

What do I do if you receive faulty items?

All orders go through a complex quality assurance process but if you do receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us at: info@boeme.co.uk. Please provide full details and images to help us respond as quickly as possible.

Can I use your fabrics for upholstery?

Yes all our fabrics are suitable for general domestic upholstery and individual fabric information can be found on the product pages.

What does panel repeat mean?

These products must be purchased by the panel repeat and not by the meter to ensure the customer receives the full image of the pattern. The fabric is printed continuously and when calculating curtain lengths fabric needs to be multiplied to the nearest panel repeat.

What is the Fabric composition of the Boeme range?

The Boeme collection contains a blend of velvet, cotton, linens and linen unions.
