Orders

Please quote Boeme product names on all orders with purchase order number.

If you have any questions about your order or would like to discuss options please contact at info@boeme.co.uk.

We are able to advise suitable fabric or wallpaper meterage but do not take responsibility for over or under ordering fabric, wallpaper or any other products.

Please seek advice from a trained professional or fitter before placing your order.

Minimum order quantity

MOQ for Boeme Fabrics are 1 metre on UK orders and 3 metres on international orders
MOQ for wallpaper is 2 rolls
MOQ for custom orders is 20 metres

Payment method

We do not accept card payments over the phone, all payments can be made through our website or via BACS please ask for details.

Liability

All goods supplied by Boeme on condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular good. In no circumstances whatsoever shall Boeme be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Returns

Boeme will not accept return if invoices are dated after 30days. Once goods have been cut, treated, made up, installed or damaged in any way; they cannot be returned for credit by Boeme. Returned goods will not be accepted without prior agreement, a 20% handling fee plus any carriage costs will be deducted from the credit.

Sampling

To order a free sample email – info@boeme.co.uk Please allow up to 7 days for deliveries on samples. Returnable samples will be invoiced if not returned within 28 days from the date of ordering.

Delivery

On the Boeme fabric collection please allow up to 14 days for delivery if fabric is in stock, notification of late deliveries due to circumstances out of our control will be given by Boeme. On orders outside the UK , Boeme will correspond directly with delivery times.

Carriage

All orders to UK mainland customers are charged at a £18.00 flat rate per individual order. For non uk mainland customers carriage is charged individually, please email – info@boeme.co.uk

Care and cleaning

Dry cleaning is recommended for all Boeme fabrics unless otherwise stated. A residual shrinkage/stretch off 2% should be allowed in making loose covers and curtains. Boeme fabrics pass commercial colourfastness standards. Curtains should be lined and interlined where possible.

Treatments

Boeme fabrics are sold without any flame retardant treatments. Fire retardant treatment is required for fabric used for upholstery purposes.

Fabric

Fabrics have a natural and manufacturing characteristics such as slubs, knots, pile shading and pile direction. When selecting a fabric you must be aware of suitability for purpose. Fabrics and dyes can be affected by light, we recommend that products where possible are positioned away from direct sunlight.

Product

All products are for interior use unless stated otherwise. Products are supplied as close as possible to the display samples and online visuals but there may be slight variations. On fabric and wallpaper the shade can vary slightly from one printing batch to another. All measurements are approximate and variances on size may be apparent if orders are placed at different times.
